Suite à une réception du cep pas en super forme (à cause du transporteur). Le service client a été réactif. Malheureusement l'arbre n'a pas du tout repris malgré un espoir. Following the receipt of the vine-plant not in great shape (due to the carrier), the customer service was responsive. Unfortunately, the habit did not recover at all despite some hope.

Very beautiful specimen, despite some minor damages due to delivery but it is in good health. Can't wait to find a permanent spot for it.

Splendid tree blooming in EVERY SEASON with its foliage changing colors with the seasons, its flowering, and the shape of its stature in winter.

Youthful yet magnificent...

I have an 18-year-old tree with a columnar and majestic habit. Its flowers are magnificent!!!! Its lower branches should not be cut, and it produces tons of dead leaves in autumn. The autumn colors are majestic, but it is in summer that it shines brightly. It took 6 years to bud, the trunk had to be scarified, and unfortunately, I made it forked, but it is still magnificent.

Hello, I have had a tulip tree for about 5 years now and it blooms beautifully. It must have been injured at the base of the trunk, as it has formed a protective callus, but since then, two beautiful stems have sprouted from the base of the trunk and have formed lovely leaves. I have let them grow, but I can still prune them as they are not thick yet. What should I do in your opinion, considering that I left them because the original lateral branches from the main trunk had died on one side?

The tree recovered perfectly as soon as the sun started to reappear regularly and the temperatures rose.

Superb and tall young plant, well nurtured, unfortunately arrived damaged due to mishandling by the carrier. Health unaffected but growth hindered. The customer service of Promesse de Fleurs was responsive and accommodating.

Package arrived on time, but the habit protected only in cellophane had lost 30 cm (12in) and 4 other branches had suffered from the transportation. I still planted it, but with trepidation!

Well-built young plant with a few yellow leaves still present. With the arrival of flowers in spring, it will be "magnificent"!
