I planted several Wateremerus a few years ago. At first, with little success. I thought that my soil was not suitable (limestone clay amended with compost) as there was no flowering. I moved two of them to the sunniest spot in the garden, facing South. And there, a beautiful Flowering, on tall stems, absolutely spectacular. A great success, deserving numerous compliments.

Disappointed by the eremurus..
Only one young plant flowered out of the three ordered.
The others only produced a foliage rosette.
Pruning size delivered 3, therefore smaller in size.
