Ordered on 10/04/18, order dispatched on 19/04/18 and delivered on 24/04/18... which leaves us with young plants in poor condition, including 2 in a desperate state!

It's catastrophic to send such naked young plants. There were only small bits of root, I still planted them with a toothpick, held together with a small sewing thread.

The young plants are tiny but in great shape! Careful and tectorial packaging, fast delivery! They have now been sown and are already starting to shoot!

The cherry tomato seedlings arrived completely uprooted and therefore dried out. I informed your customer service, which has scheduled a new shipment.

Shipped on the 12th, received on the 16th. Plants quite dry, quite pessimistic about their recovery. More to come. Regards, Michel Casals.

I received 2 young vine-plants which were very small and did not survive the transplanting, also done on the day of receiving the package, which was Friday 13.04.

These young plants, although in the same package as the heirloom tomatoes, arrived with naked roots: the soil from the clumps covered the leaves and almost nothing was left around the roots... Perhaps the soil, too dry, did not adhere enough to the roots when they were initially in the nursery? These 'babies' are struggling to recover from this ordeal... Wait and see...

The young plants were well packaged and arrived in good condition.
