3 shoots out of 5 have regrown. As a long-time customer, I am a bit disappointed for the first time. The mini mote system doesn't seem convincing to me.

The young plants are really too small, very few roots, so 3 out of 5 died quickly after being potted.

There are only 3 plants instead of 5, and one of them is dead.

A perennial basil plant arrived rotten and dead... A species of basil out of stock... A disaster...

The plug plants arrived dried out and some without compost (remaining in the plastic packaging).

Small order oversight quickly fixed, healthy young plants and successful grafting in the greenhouse. 5 basil collection, brilliant, one of each, to taste and change. Grafted tomatoes, grafted cucumbers, we will try them. Well-indicated method, information on this plant, we are learning at the same time, thank you. I placed a second order, I will keep you updated. The young ones have arrived in excellent freshness and appear to be adapting well in the conservatory where they will wait to strengthen themselves.
