This universal fertiliser, enriched with magnesia and packaged in a 2 kg mini-pack, is a balanced, multi-purpose mineral fertiliser particularly suited to small gardens, terraces and balconies: it is equally suited to vegetable plants, roses and flowering shrubs, fruit trees, small fruit and flowering plants. Ready-to-use, it comes in easy-to-spread granules.

The 'Gardener's Tradition' universal fertiliser is a versatile mineral fertiliser enriched with magnesium, particularly suitable for small gardens, terraces, and balconies: it is ideal for both vegetable plants and roses and flowering bushes, fruit trees, small fruits, as well as flowering plants. Packaged in a 2 Kg mini-pack that is easy to store, transport, and ready to use, it comes in easy-to-spread granules. Sufficiently concentrated but without excess, it fertilises the soil without unbalancing or polluting it when used wisely and at the recommended doses.

This universal fertiliser does not come from organic matter derived from living organisms but from inert mineral matter such as certain rocks. Its formulation is as follows: NPK 8-8-12 + 3 MgO. This means that it contains:

  • 8% nitrogen (N): this element contributes to developing non-reproductive above-ground parts of the plant, especially the leaves and stems.
  • 8% phosphorus (P) strengthens plant resistance and contributes to root development.
  • 12% potassium (K): essential for good harvests; it promotes flowering and fruit development.
  • 3% magnesium or magnesium oxide (MgO) promotes the assimilation of nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfur. This element also intensifies the colour of flowers and foliage and the taste quality of fruits and vegetables.

Uses: from February 15th to June 15th and from August 15th to November 15th.

Incorporate into the planting soil. For regular maintenance, spread the fertiliser, preferably in the evening, so the granules absorb moisture overnight and quickly disintegrate. Lightly water the following day to dissolve the product fully and allow it to penetrate the roots. Recommended for all types of cultivation: vegetable garden, potted plants, ornamental garden, flowering or fruit trees and bushes, small fruits, bedding plants...

Dosage: planting: 40 g / m² - monthly maintenance (April to September): 40 g / m².

Plants need water, about twenty essential nutrients that they find in mineral form in the soil, carbon dioxide (CO2) present in the air, and solar energy necessary for photosynthesis. The basic elements, called macronutrients, are nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). They must be present in the soil in significant quantities. The secondary elements, less predominant but essential, are calcium (Ca), sulfur (S), and magnesium (Mg). Finally, trace elements, necessary in very small quantities, are represented by iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), copper (Cu), boron (B), zinc (Zn), chlorine (Cl), sodium (Na), cobalt (Co), vanadium (V), and silicon (Si). The role of fertiliser is to compensate for soil deficiencies and provide, through optimal dosage, the elements that promote plant growth, flowering and fruit production, or the development of roots, bulbs, and tubers.
