The order picker should not have included the young plant in poor condition in the package. Immediately, I contacted the service by phone, and they issued me a credit note. I will wait until spring to reorder. I really appreciate the after-sales service of Promise of Flowers.

I took my Calamagrostis acutiflora Karl Foerster in 3L pots, most of them arrived yellowed and wilted (except for one). I was advised on your website to cut them 10 cm (4in) above the ground and plant them. It has been a month since they have been in my garden, they have grown (rapid growth) with beautiful flowers for about two-thirds of them (I think I took about thirty). I don't know if this is normal for plants that don't have flowers yet, even though I took them all in 3L pots. Should I wait longer, I can't wait to see all the plants with their flowers.

My young plants of Calamagrostis are doing great even though they were received completely withered. I had cut them to 12 cm (5in) from the soil, and now they are truly flourishing. I'm still waiting for about a third of the plants to produce flowers, which took longer than the others. I hope this is normal, but their foliage is magnificent green. We'll see what happens next.

I received 4 young plants completely dried out despite a very fast delivery, it is abnormal to send young plants in this state, I can understand that during this period it has been difficult to take care of your young plants but it is better to give up a sale rather than provide almost dead young plants.

Superb young plant and very beautiful habit two years later, the young plant reaches over 1.60 m (5ft) and it spreads a little in width. The habit remains upright even in the heart of winter. The growth rate is fast.

Super quick delivery! I placed my order in the morning and received it the next day as stated on the website. The young plants were well protected in the box. Planted the day after delivery, they just have to shoot now in the field of plants!
