Since I'm receiving an email to give my opinion, I will do it. One of the two young plants arrived in a very bad condition! I contacted the customer service but never received a response! Since then, the field of plants hasn't grown a single shoot... very disappointed!

A bamboo plant arrived well-stocked and in good condition. The second one arrived very sparsely stocked and the 3 small branches are all twisted! No response from customer service for almost 15 days, quite disappointing!
