The potting soil clump arrived dry, with the tarragon plant visibly suffering from thirst. Uncertain recovery, despite watering.

Dispatch of a dead plant
The tarragon plant they sent me was dead: the root was fermenting (regular formation of bubbles, discharge of a sort of foul-smelling pus). I reported this issue, they offered me a refund or a replacement plant... but 1 month and a half later, I haven't received either the refund or the plant, and they are not responding to my emails: this is a company to avoid (not to mention that other plants received with this order died in the weeks following their arrival!).
