Planted in November 21, it quickly became only the stems remained... The snails and slugs enjoyed them! After treating and cleaning the plot, I harvested several times and incorporated them into various dishes. They hold up very well when cooked, but not knowing how to harvest them, I only harvested the leaves on the periphery for fear that if I took from the heart it wouldn't regrow. Apparently, this is not the case, and it is even preferable to harvest in this way. So I will give it a try. I recommend it, this Marie works very well in a pot-au-feu.

Plants arrived well packaged. We'll see how they take root, with high hopes for transplanting.
