The seedlings are included in too little loose soil, it disconnects from the roots.
I received 2 that have suffered.

Very poor
The plug plants had escaped from their plastic shell, so the tiny roots of 3 plants were no longer in the soil. I still transplanted them, but they did not survive. Very disappointed.
JESSICA L.
Very disappointed
The young plants arrived outside of their protective packaging, loose, mixed, and damaged.
MAGDALENA S.
very beautiful young plants
They have taken over the pots.
The only slight downside is that the underside of the petals is a spread of brown and it looks a bit like a faded flower
always there in October....

Val d'Oise IDF" can be translated as "Val d'Oise IDF" in British English as well. The abbreviation "IDF" stands for "ÃŽle-de-France," which is the region in France where Val d'Oise is located.
Various young plants, including this one as a replacement for an unavailable one, were taken to create "Blue Planter Collection - 7 varieties of annuals" type planters. They have started well after three weeks of planting.
The growth of some of them, however, is slower than others, but I think it's due to the species.
Now waiting for the flowering!!

Satisfied to date
Arrived on time and very well packaged. Doesn't seem to have suffered during transportation.
Each young plant is of excellent quality.
We'll have to see how they grow over time, but I'll come back to this review and the number of stars.

The young plants received are still very weak, with only two or three leaves. Will they recover? How long until they can flower?
Promesse de Fleurs' response: The plugs should be transplanted into a tray or planter, and they will flower in the summer.
