Notre gamme Laurier-sauce. Le Laurus nobilis, communément appelé Laurier-sauce, est un arbuste méditerranéen au feuillage persistant, coriace et aromatique, utilisé en cuisine, réputé pour ses propriétés médicinales.
Le laurier noble a donné quelques variétés, notamment 'Little Ragu', plus compact, idéal pour les petits espaces et la culture en bac, ou 'Little Laura', une variété femelle très dense dotée de petites feuilles. Ces arbustes offrent le même charme et les mêmes propriétés que leur grand frère. Le Laurier-sauce 'Angustifolia' se distingue par ses feuilles plus étroites et allongées. La variété 'Aurea' au feuillage doré apportera une note lumineuse et originale au jardin.

Pour cultiver le Laurier-sauce, privilégiez une exposition ensoleillée à mi-ombre et un sol bien drainé. Cette plante rustique tolère des températures allant de -10°C à -12°C et résiste bien à la sécheresse estivale. L'entretien se limite à une taille régulière pour maintenir un beau port et favoriser la pousse de nouvelles feuilles.
