Notre gamme de frangipaniers (Plumeria). Les frangipaniers sont appréciés pour leurs fleurs exotiques et leur parfum délicat. Le Plumeria rubra est l'une des variétés les plus prisées, avec ses fleurs en forme d'étoile dans des teintes allant du blanc au rose vif. Le Plumeria obtusa, quant à lui, se distingue par ses fleurs blanches au cœur jaune, au parfum puissant, qui éclosent toute l'année sur un beau feuillage brillant et persistant. Le frangipanier n'est absolument pas rustique sous nos climats et devra donc être cultivée en bac pour pouvoir être mis à l'abri dès que les températures baissent. Il formera alors une touffe jusqu'à 2,50 m ou 3 m de haut, ce qui nécessite d'avoir un local adapté et lumineux pour l'hiverner.
Le Frangipanier est un arbre tropical qui ne survivra pas à nos hivers en extérieur même dans les endroits les plus doux de la Côte d'Azur. Il doit donc impérativement être planté en bac pour pouvoir être hiverné dans une pièce lumineuse où la température ne devra jamais descendre occasionnellement en dessous de +5°C et même idéalement, être au-dessus de +10°C (véranda chauffée, grande pièce lumineuse...).
