The plant did not recover. Therefore, I request an exchange or a refund.

To plant the day after receiving it, it seems to be recovering well. It has already grown a few leaves, and I can't wait to see the flowers bloom. The product was very well protected and packaged.

Like the previous one, we planted it as soon as we received it, but we are waiting to see it in person. I think we won't be disappointed, so it's a bit early to give you our impression.

Plant placed upside down in the package. Not at all resembling the photo from Promesse de fleurs.

Parcel sent by you on the same day as my order, Friday, but only arrived on Tuesday at the pickup point. (Cronopost, nonetheless). I was a bit stressed... In the end, the plant arrived in very good condition, very well packaged (as always), and the soil was nicely moist. I put it in a large pot, as planting it in the ground is currently impossible, as my soil is as dry as ever... It looks healthy, and I think I can see two small flower buds...

The shipment was sent on the 13th, but the package arrived at the pick-up point on the 17th. I must admit I was a bit stressed! In the end, the plant, which was very well packaged as always, is in good condition. The soil remained moist. Thank you for the shipping fees!

Thanks to Hélène (order preparation & quality control) and Victorien (shipping department), the received clematis is small but appears to be healthy to me. Planted at the base of a Reine-Claude plum tree, I am now waiting for it to take root...
