Identical to this second pine, I am delighted by its uncommon appearance.

Hello
Hello,
The Canadian spruce, variety pendula, emerged from the box for 40 cm (16in), which caused concerns for the delivery driver, as the "pendula" aspect suggested a broken branch!
The bush is in very good condition and I thank the entire delivery chain for not placing anything on top of it.
If I may suggest, using boxes similar to those for exotic plants shipped from the Caribbean.
This time, I was lucky.
Kind regards
Agapanthus recovered despite the delay, but missing 3 containers of 3 litres.
Hello,
During my absence, my caretaker managed to save your delivery from GLS, which only arrived on 27th June, but I have just noticed upon returning that there were only 3 2-litre containers instead of the 5 I ordered. The 10 small containers are fine according to my order of 10.

LOIRET" would be translated as "LOIRET" in British English as it is a proper noun and does not require translation.
The young plant arrived with the pot crushed, the roots sticking out. I repotted it hoping for it to recover.
