Sorry, I really like your website and I order very often, but this rosemary is really ugly. Clearly, it hasn't been pruned and its branches are completely bare for three-quarters of their height. Your services exchanged it for me, but the replacement plant is in the same condition. A big disappointment (I have other young rosemary plants and none of them are in this state...)

The young plant arrived without a pot and all broken, in fact the package must have been shaken in every direction. It's not your fault and it's really the first time this has happened. For the rosemary, there were still some branches, and I used the broken branches to make roots, which works well for rosemary.
