Be careful with late plantings, death right after planting.

Very beautiful young plants to receive. Perfect. I was a bit worried because I had already ordered Vine-plant Napel in 2018 which arrived dead to me. But it was a temporary delivery person who couldn't find my home.... Therefore, I chose a collection point and it was lovely plants that quickly came back to life. Thank you!

I have already placed an order with you on 19/12/18, I ordered the aconitum napellus. I received a 9cm (4in) bucket with a small young plant with a stem and a leaf, so I really liked it and therefore I ordered the same plant but this time in a quantity of 3 on 27/12/18. I received the plants yesterday (03/01/19) and they are not in good condition, there is not even a small stem or a visible leaf. 2 buckets are half empty. Is this normal? Thank you for your response.

I was sold plant roots that have never sprouted. Instead, I was supposed to receive 3 young plants of approximately 9 cm (4in). This is completely unacceptable.

Received promptly, young plant at rest, however, one pot has roots and a small rootstock, the other two have neither rootstock nor root, and are full of small white millipedes, should I be concerned? Only time will tell.
