Received, quite feeble but seems to be getting its hair back.

Beautiful plants: they are airy, graceful, and unique. I have them in two different places: a group (of 3) has expanded by branching out, the other 3 have not expanded but have grown taller (1.80m (6ft) in the first year, it is better to stake them). I do not know why there is this difference? In any case, I am delighted with the effect of these plants :)

Chalette Sur Loing" in British English would be translated as "Chalette-sur-Loing".
Very pleased with this eupatorium! It looks stunning! A 9cm (4in) 'bucket' with 3 pieces of 'wood' that measure over 1m50 in 6 months.

Only one young plant survived, is the frost to blame? Anyway, the surviving plant has recovered very well, it is unique and airy, reaching 1m40 after 6 months of growth. Remember to stake it quickly to prevent curved stems and maintain a beautiful thread-like appearance.

RNAAY THE DUKE
Planted in autumn, the young plant is barely 10cm (4in) tall but I am patient.

Moussan" does not have a direct translation in English. It appears to be a proper noun, possibly a name. Without further context, it is difficult to provide an accurate translation.
The young plant received was very small, nevertheless it has taken root well. Very beautiful eupatorium.

The young plants received exceed two meters in their first season. I have no doubt that they will grow thicker next year to create an original screen. The flowering is not its main attraction, but the young plant supports a passionflower that overcomes this obstacle.

The young plant is tiny, which is disappointing and makes it difficult to form an opinion on its appearance, but it is showing signs of good recovery.

Title
Received three plans that unfortunately never took off. Perhaps it is related to the region.
Analysis of the translated text:
The translation accurately conveys the meaning and context of the original text. There are no spelling or grammatical errors, and the sentence structure is correct. The use of "took off" instead of "repris" captures the intended meaning of the plans not being successful. The phrase "related to the region" maintains the same tone as the original text.
