The difference between the photo of the young plant that you are supposed to ship, shown in the medallion on the right side of the page, and the reality of what is discovered in the box upon arrival is surprising. Indeed, I received a bucket with a completely dried out root ball this morning, which revealed only 3 miserable leaves, one of which was very damaged. No one would choose such a plant in a garden center, so I am very dissatisfied that you are sending me a plant in this condition. And this is not the first time.
