Orders received with broken rackets and damaged pot, a shame for a birthday gift. What can be said about the customer service. You have to replant, figure it out yourself. No compensation despite the supporting photos.

Very well packaged! Arrived in perfect condition. However, disappointed as they are not as big as in the photos. I have one with a total of 2 prickly pear pads and the other with 3 small ones... The issue when ordering online...
