Received on Saturday and very, very disappointed, it is tiny, almost no leaves; which are dull and marked (like sick) and when I see at Jardiland that for 13€ theirs is three times bigger, it is shiny, magnificent, I wonder what happened to the one received??!!!

We had to put it in a bigger pot for it to recover!

The pruning of the bushes is a bit more than I expected, but they are quite resilient.

The young plants are very well packaged. The complaint I have is that out of the 13 plants, I have 4 that are not reaching the 60cm (24in) as stated. I was hoping that you would take this into account. RESPONSE FROM PROMESSE DE FLEURS At this time of the year, we prune our plants so that they can strengthen and regrow better this autumn, so it is indeed possible that they may not measure 60 centimeters (24 inches) upon receipt, but this does not affect their growth in any way.

Very lovely evergreen foliage, it will be perfect in my garden.

Photinia is quite tall but skinny.
