The vine-plant seems dead despite being planted upon reception and given winter protection.

33150 Cenon" would be translated as "Cenon, 33150" in British English.
The cardboard packaging was very tectorial, upon receipt, I planted it in the ground after pralining it. I followed the advice on your website.
After some concern due to a scar on the top of the tree, you reassured me by explaining that it was a graft to ensure the "ball" habit. For now, everything is going well, it has withstood the wind and heavy rains in Gironde.

Does it bloom or not? Photos with flowers and in the description: "It is also a sterile tree, which never flowers.

The tree was very well packaged for delivery and it looks healthy. It is much larger than indicated in the advertisement. I just hope there hasn't been a mix-up with the classic catalpa, which doubles in size as an adult. We'll find out in a few months.

Beautiful deciduous tree, well packaged and delivered. Planted in winter, it already looks magnificent. We can't wait to see its leafing in spring.
During transportation, the leading shoot of the first young plant was cut off because it exceeded the package. So, I asked for a replacement and received a second young plant without any difficulty. Unfortunately, once again, the leading shoot of the second young plant was pruned, this time with secateurs, to fit it into the neck of the package, I presume.
Could an experienced gardener have made such mistakes?

Packaging parcel OK but the tip of the branch broken.

Very good quality
Delivery was correct as usual. Although one or two branches were broken in the packaging, the young trees have already recovered well. I look forward to seeing how vigorous they will be in the years to come.
