I am a bit disappointed with the state of the young plant, as it has been affected by frost and three-quarters of it appears to be dead with no sign of a bud. I hope this will improve, as spending 75 euros on a plant in this condition is a bit much! Furthermore, there was more soil in the cardboard box than around the plant due to the poor three-day transportation!

My cornus has adapted very well despite my fears. It is even producing several flowers for me, and this is only its first year.
