Very nice young plant well packaged, so no damage. As always, very satisfied.

Received the lila dynamite, I was afraid with the corona that it would arrive all dry but it was well packaged and protected! It is finally planted and it is magnificent, its leaves are beautiful. Just have to wait and contemplate its growth. Thank you very much!

Received today, the branch completely broken and torn (including a large branch torn off at the junction of the trunk, leaving a deep hole) because it was not protected... at £85 for the tree, it hurts... the response was just promises: sorry, put some mastic (which I don't have...)... very disappointed, so I had to almost completely cut down its branches... anyway, I will see how it evolves but I'm worried about diseases given my humid area.

My order arrived on time. I am more cautious about the pruning of the young plants received compared to their price. Some young plants have been recently repotted in large pots (pot size as described), especially the lagaerstroemia which is 10cm (4in) instead of 20/30cm (8/12in), the branches are the size of twigs and I fear it may be too small to withstand planting after just being repotted. The rest of the order is as expected.

My bush is in a pot on the terrace, facing south for 3 years. For 2 years, I didn't have any leaves or branches that developed, and only this year did it finally start growing branches and leaves. However, still no flowers!!! Why???

Correct arrival - potted in spring - bloomed this summer and promises beautiful colours for the future - I am delighted.
