Not happy at all. My young plants died after 15 days, despite sufficient watering. AND NO response from the website despite three follow-ups. Impossible to change the ratings... too easy...

Hello, it's been 4 emails that I've sent and I still haven't received any response. My two young plants died after two weeks, despite careful daily care. The lack of responses is unacceptable.

EMERAINVILLE
Very tall and beautiful subject, very branched and very leafy, very well packed, as soon as it arrived, it will take a little water bath before joining its siblings in my hedge where one had died!!! With the heat and dryness, it's impossible to dig, so it's currently under surveillance!

Very beautiful young plants
The young plants are healthy, well-formed.

MISINFORMATION
I thought I would receive bushes of at least 60 cm (24in) in height, based on the description (bush of 60/80). However, the tallest branch measures only 53 cm (21in)! I am therefore very disappointed with the service from Promesse de Fleurs!

Bègles" would be translated as "Begles" in British English.
I bought a large young plant already well developed to quickly take up a definite pre-determined spot. It arrived very dry with deposits of whitish powder on the branches and the majority of the leaves were wilted and started falling one after the other in the following days, ultimately losing almost all of them a week later. I strongly suspect a fungus. I had to severely prune the plant and change its soil to give it a chance to recover. We'll see... Thanks to the customer service that was responsive and understanding and offered me a full credit.

March this year was too late for naked-root plants. The young plants only developed tiny leaves and several of the branches are dry on each plant. It was necessary to seriously shorten 3 out of the 6 stems. I'm not very optimistic for the upcoming summer, and I highly, highly recommend not planting naked-root plants after February.
