Tiny bulbs that appear to be dry for the most part. I planted them, but I doubt they will produce anything this year. However, I must have planted some last year because this year I've seen delicate stems with flowers that look a lot like ixias popping up here and there, which added a very cheerful touch among the other flowers. So let's keep our fingers crossed and wait for next year.

The gift you sent me on 18 05 18, supposedly Ixias Venus, doesn't correspond at all to the expected result; I have pretty creeping plants that bloom yellow and then produce a huge fruit similar to a pumpkin. I'm trying to send you the photo. I would like to know what plant it is and especially if the big round orange vegetable or fruit is edible. Please reply to me. H Millour

Hello, No bulbs have bloomed from this species, despite the well-drained and lightened soil. What a shame...

planted quite closely together, all that remains for me is to wait for their growth.
