I am very surprised that you sent me this plant that is sensitive to frost with no cold protection, only 3 buds on top and nothing underneath. I will give it away tomorrow to a passionate lover of extraordinary flowers, but I am really not sure if it did not freeze during transportation.

Tacca
Never seen the light of day

Frankly disappointed
Upon receipt, the vine-plant showed significant rot.
I was unable to save it.
I received the rootstock in March, I planted it in a plastic bottle, with homemade compost. I watered it, closed the bottle and waited, occasionally opening it and adding a bit of water.
Three months later, I am delighted to see two leaves. I have just repotted it.

Received 2 times an unusable rootstock.
Rootstock received very damaged, unusable for the 2nd time.

No feedback at the moment
I have placed the rootstock according to the recommendations and I'm wondering how long it will take to see a shoot appear?

Planted in a pot with heather soil + sandy compost. To be continued.
I attempted the rhizomes of 3 varieties of Tacca. Upon receiving my order, some showed signs of mold. Customer service replaced my order.
I followed the cultivation advice but it didn't work, so I managed to get them to root in moist sphagnum moss in an airtight bag. (If this can help other people)
Some didn't recover, but they are guaranteed to recover within 6 months, so customer service refunded those that didn't recover.
The rhizomes are of good quality and customer service is reachable and responsive.
