Title
The young plant I received is not Tricolor Sage: it's simply called a scam.

ARGENTEUIL
Plant delivered in very good health, as wide as in the pictures, BUT I found a chrysolina (cerealis or americana) on my sage young plant when taking it out of its packaging! Although this insect is very beautiful (rainbow metallic), the adults and larvae attack the leaves of thyme. And I was just about to plant some thyme in the next few days, so I hope it was an isolated individual and that its larvae won't colonize my terrace...

Arrivée mi avril sans aucune leaf, comme morte... J'espère qu'elle va repartir...

Purchased in early spring 2022, one year later, the young plant has recovered well. Arriving feeble, it has successfully made it through the winter.

HABITS
Very small and weak young plant. I hope the spring growth will restore it to shape.

This is the second one I'm buying because the first one died despite the care I provided; I just dug up the second one to see if I can save it by installing it indoors and providing more humidity around the leaves: the leaves were tiny when it arrived, and they are drying up and curling up on themselves.

AURIOL
Very beautiful subject and magnificent colours.

Watered upon arrival 6 days ago, the young plant seems to be settling in. We'll see how the tiller develops in terms of variegation.

isére" can be translated to "alpine meadow" in British English.
The young plants were planted a week ago, they still seem a bit dry. So we are waiting for them to regain their vitality.

Very pretty and evergreen leaves. I planted it as a border plant next to my Hidcote lavenders. A lovely clump after one season, it encourages me to order more.
