The seeds have germinated very well in 3 weeks, indoors on a radiator.

This variety of melon, the Sucrin de Tours, yields very good results. It ripens well in my oceanic climate region, much better than the Charentais variety. It shoots up for sure.

Very disappointed by this variety of melon, pale orange flesh as mentioned, grey-green exterior of the melon, however, despite a well-ripened melon, the taste of this melon is too peculiar. I would like to clarify that both my wife and I felt nauseous, as if this melon had been crossbred with a legume, very unpleasant in taste. I do not understand the positive reviews of this melon, as I expected to eat melon, not something that makes me feel sick.

March 2017, not successful

No seed has germinated from sowings made indoors 15 days ago at 22°C (71.6°F). I checked a bucket, the seed is intact... I don't understand!

Sowing indoors and Outdoor cultivation along a south-facing wall. 4 successful plants. Only one small fruit per plant the size of an orange (pruned and pinched...). Amusing.

Beautiful harvest over the summer, medium-sized and fragrant fruits. Cultivated in a greenhouse.

I have planted several seeds, lots of foliage but no watermelon.
