Not at all the right variety. Neither flat nor smooth-skinned, it looks like the Detroit, there was a mistake with the seeds. I don't know if it's the fault of the person who packaged them or the seed supplier, but this is not Egyptian flat water seed.

Chosen for its hardiness, as I live in the mountains. Not yet planted. Can be stored in the freezer or in jars with white wine vinegar... to be enjoyed all year round!

Conforming packet, healthy seeds

Seed envelope arrived safely. I'm looking forward to April to sow them directly into the ground, as recommended, and then be able to harvest them from July onwards...I've never tasted this variety, Cylindra, before.
