Thank you to Anne-Flore (order preparation and quality control) and Clothilde (shipping), the bare-root rose received looks healthy. I'll wait until spring for confirmation (although I have never "failed" to have an old rose take root since I started planting). This is the opinion of an amateur who has successfully planted over 350 different varieties of roses in their garden.

Arrived on the expected date and well packaged without plastic. Brilliant.

Usually no problem with the condition of the plant upon receipt. But for this rosebush, two of the main branches are broken, a shame. I will still plant it and see if it takes root.

I was supposed to be delivered yesterday. This is the 2nd time with the 17th, 18th, 19th of April. That's 4 days wasted waiting. And still nothing. It's starting to get tiresome. My order arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Planted in a sunny corner of the garden, I am eagerly awaiting its flowering.
