Purchased as a bare-root plant, planted immediately upon receipt, none of them have taken root despite watering and the green cloth protection at the base... very disappointed ????

Good packaging
Received on time... the roots are beautiful, promising good growth. Don't forget to prune and apply a base fertilizer (bone meal or blood at this time).

Poor plant recovery
On the entirety of the order, only half of the young plants took root properly. They were planted at the same time and in different locations. It's always a bit disappointing.

Fontenay Aux Roses" can be translated to "Fontenay with Roses" in British English.
Received 9 bare root young plants. Overall appearance a bit dry. Buds dormant although they had started to swell in the wild. To be continued.

Order received very quickly. The young plants with roots are beautiful, 3 are smaller but it doesn't matter, they will be just as magnificent as the others. Very good website.

Completely in line with my expectations; the leaves are falling and it's completely normal for the season; the future buds are healthy...

Fontenay Aux Roses
Well-formed properly pruned beech trees. However, they were received in an advanced state of dehydration. Planted on the same afternoon of receipt after soaking them in water in an attempt to rehydrate them. The chances of survival seem very slim to me. I will update this comment based on the outcome. It is now mid-May and the leaves still haven't emerged. By the end of June, none of the 10 beech trees have sprouted any leaves. The barks have turned brown. I regret that Promesse de fleurs has sent me young plants whose chances of survival were so compromised.
