The young plants died despite my care, poor reception when I reported it.
I don't know what the points on the notes correspond to, please ignore them, there is no scale. I called in October to report the drying out of two of my tea bushes, and I was received very poorly by a receptionist who wouldn't let me speak, recited a speech about heatwaves, and explained to me what a plant was!! She told me that my request for explanations would not be addressed until spring 2023, and that if my plants were still dead at that time (???), they would reconsider. She disputed the possibility of an infection and said that I hadn't watered them properly, disregarding the description I provided.
I am very disappointed and shocked, and I have turned to other plant sellers since, who welcomed me well. I am disappointed that I was neither listened to nor called back, I was a good customer and wanted to remain one. I believe my bushes had an infection from the beginning because I took good care of them, they didn't suffer from the heatwave, and I could see scales on the leaves, a bit sticky.
What do we do now? Do we try to rectify this inappropriate reception?

Stunning, good pruning seems sturdy

disappointed
I am disappointed, the flowers are tiny and the foliage is rather unremarkable.

Total disappointment!
As I mentioned to you several months ago, this young plant did not last more than a few weeks! It literally dried up despite my care! I had actually requested its replacement under the warranty, but it was apparently not accepted...

Fragile, keep it potted in our region, except for the coastal area.

magnificent tree
Tree received with very beautiful pruning, repotted, it has developed very well and is starting to flower. The flowers are magnificent.

With several messages, for the past few months, I have reported that my young plant did not survive, despite my care since its receipt! I am very disappointed!
