From the packaging. The plant, which measured 35 cm (14in), was folded into a plastic box and a cardboard box barely 20 cm (8in) long. It is obviously broken, and I had to cut it.

They didn't sprout, but I left the pot outside, even though it was sheltered. I think I should have overwintered it. I will try again next time.

Plants in good shape, no problem, meets my expectations.

I would like to know if you will replace it for me.

Plants received damaged... Only one is in impeccable condition.

Order arrived in excellent condition and on the scheduled date.

The clumps arrived soaking wet. I put them in a pot with damp potting soil and kept them indoors near the window, but by the evening everything was wilted. I realized there was a moisture problem, everything was way too damp. One of the plants was completely collapsed on the ground with the bottom of the stem rotten, so I had to cut it off. I took the others out and transferred them into a pot with completely dry potting soil. One of the plants was in such bad condition that I had to cut off the top, I'm not sure if it will recover. The last one managed to keep most of its leaves, so I hope the dry soil will absorb the excess water from the clump and it will bounce back. Only 1 out of 3 plants has survived!

Out of the 3 plants delivered, 2 were in very poor condition: leaves fallen off, stems practically gone. Package sent on 8/3, delivered on 13/3!

Unfortunately, there were only 2 healthy plants, the 3rd one had no stem and was rotten!

Cuttings received in excellent condition... plants in perfect health, highly recommended... Thank you very much.
