I sowed in small pots under cover, then transplanted half under a greenhouse, half outdoors. To allow them to climb, I made tripods with three tall stakes. The wet summer favored a spectacular harvest, strangely outdoors first, in August, then in the greenhouse in September-October. Total absence of powdery mildew, without treatment. I prepare these small cucumbers in sweet and sour style in small jars, 1/3 vinegar, 2/3 water, salt, sugar, and herbs. Sterilization for 15 minutes in boiling water. It's delicious as an appetizer.
