Barely sprouted in a bag, the sprouts break. I was expecting to receive them well sprouted and neatly arranged in a crate!

The packet was open and there were 3 plants missing. No matter, we completed it with those from last year. However, in my January 2016 order number 100194796, there are 2 plants that haven't sprouted: Hépatica Nobilis and Isodon longituba. Is this normal? Thank you for your response.

Complete disappointment with one of the products delivered. Several rotten potatoes and others are soft in the bag.
