Thanks to the person in charge of order preparation and quality control, as well as Jenny from the shipping department, the rose bush I received is tiny but appears to be healthy. I have planted it and now I am waiting for it to start growing again in the spring (or not...). This is the opinion of an amateur who has successfully planted over 670 different varieties of roses in their garden.
Thanks to Katy for the order preparation and Shauna from the shipping department, the received rose bush is small but appears healthy to me. I have repotted it to allow it to grow, and now I'm eagerly waiting to see its progress before planting it... Note: It was received with the essential white variety label 'Globe Planter' (necessary for identifying the rose bush in all seasons).

The rose bush is very small and the branches are broken, but very satisfied with the delivery.

No comment on the packaging, shipping, and adherence to delivery time. However, considering the price, I am surprised to see a rose bush with two small thin stems and only 5 leaves, whereas even the bare-root options offered by other suppliers are substantial and reasonable. The weather is cooperating with rain and the right temperature, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for it to take root. Thanks again.

Parcel perfectly well packaged, shipped and received in a timely manner. It should be noted in this difficult period! The rose bush is very small but it has no broken stems. However, many of its leaves seem to have experienced frost... Upon receipt, I have provided it with the best care, hoping it will recover quickly... Come on, with the sunny days, we believe in it!

The delivery of the roses despite the current situation was well managed. Well done! Packaging was very well done.
The rose bush arrived without any broken stems, but unfortunately, it must have caught a cold as quite a few leaves have frozen. It is quite small, but I am giving it the best care, hoping it will recover quickly!
