I received this Tibetan cherry tree with coppice shoots. Top delivery, nothing to complain about. It's more the habit of the cherry tree that bothers me. I thought the bark would be flamboyant, but it's not the case, it looks like any other cherry tree. I hope it comes later...

Product compliant with the advertisement, a vine-plant measuring 1m (3ft) 75 in height, planted with quality, no knots, the naked roots straight in the pot without twisting, informed that the young plant is of recent cultivation! The express delivery in France was a bit long (5 days) but the service is great, they notify by SMS when the product is available in your region to arrange an appointment when you are there and the schedule was respected! The delivery truck is tall, which prevents damaging the tall plants!

The first delivery was refused because the tree arrived with dried foliage due to a delay in transportation. The second one arrived in better health but with a broken branch (courier again) and an unbalanced habit probably due to close growth to other plants. After a late planting (mid-June), it quickly took root and is now firmly anchored in the soil. Regarding its habit, I intentionally bent 2 shoots to rebalance its shape over time and growth. "Promesse de fleurs" is the only nursery where I could find a Tibetan Cherry vine-plant at this price! In addition to that, they made a generous compensation for the transportation mishaps and provided quality advice in response to my planting questions. So after a few minor issues, everything has finally been sorted out and I am very satisfied!

I was just expecting a habit of tree rather than shrub-like.

I initially ordered a 'Prunus The Bride', but Promesse de Fleurs' customer service called me to explain that they were not satisfied with the quality of the product they were going to dispatch, and offered me a refund or an exchange with another plant of equivalent value. I appreciated their approach, which demonstrates their concern for selling a quality product and satisfying the customer. As someone who was hesitant to order a plant online, I must admit that I am pleasantly surprised, the customer service is excellent, well done. So, I opted for a 'Prunus incisa Kojo no mai', planted in mid-October. Five and a half months later, it is already in flower, I am truly very satisfied with my purchase!
