Product in accordance with the order, I tested it with my first carrot sowings, saving on seeds, no thinning needed, which is great. However, the trays seem a bit fragile to me. Nevertheless, I still recommend this product.
BRUNO
Zone 7a
The plastic of the compartments seems a bit fragile. The 5 plates were stacked on top of each other upon delivery, and the compartments of the one at the bottom were bent/crushed during transportation. We'll see how it holds up in use.
Sylvaine
Blackthorns
I have been using these trays since last year. Two sowings done with a 100% success rate. It's a bit time-consuming to sow in trays, but it saves so much time afterwards. Saving on seed packets, no thinning required...
Only minor downside is the fragility of the plastic trays. For those with spare time, I recommend using them.
The size of the seedling trays is perfectly fine, and the plastic is thick enough to allow for handling. It should withstand the test of time for a good while. Very good.
