Good voucher received on time. It's just a shame to receive this voucher on a single A4 leaf folded in four to fit into a completely unsuitable box! (The corners of the leaf were damaged) A simple envelope or a digital format would have been sufficient.

Following a computer problem that you informed me about (thank you), I only received (by email) my gift vouchers 5 days after my order and... 2 days after the birthday for which these gift vouchers were intended...! Well, there are more serious issues! Furthermore, it would be desirable to improve access to the gift vouchers identified as such on the website and no longer referred to as "your flowers will be delivered...". It's confusing, so I had to call customer service to be sure about my order and to know how to request them to be sent to me by email, the customer service was very friendly.
