Received a 12 cm (5in) diameter Agave, very damaged. I think it's excessive for €24.50!

12cm (5in) in diameter for £24.50 is outrageous, especially considering how damaged it is!

Very beautiful Agave and its offshoot received 2 days after ordering. Thanks to the vine-plant team.

Always moist upon arrival, (4 days of travel!) and in perfect condition, one can immediately observe that the young plant is very healthy. Placed in the soil immediately, it settles without any issues in its new habitat.

Unfortunately, my young plant doesn't seem to be thriving as it is dry, hasn't grown at all, on the contrary, it seems to be withering. Should I send you a photo... Thank you for your response.

It's a slow-growing young plant and since I received it, it hasn't grown or withered.

Dismal appearance

The young plant received measures 60cm (24in), so the trunk is much smaller than in the picture, barely 2 cm (1in). But above all, it is damaged, with a hole in it. I contacted customer service and am waiting for their response, but they are always responsive and offer solutions, so I'm not worried! Other plants received and in very good condition.

I have ordered around about 10 of these young plants, And I can not relay to other customers how healthy and lovely these are. Arrived in very good condition and 8 out of the 10 I have ordered have had multiple stems on them.
