I had an issue with the online orders for which you do not take back the gifts you provide - the customer using the internet does not take their paper order and the necessary steps with your services are not taken - so we do not receive the gift because we did not report it on the online order - otherwise everything is perfect. I have nothing to add as I am satisfied; I appreciated having the option to be refunded in case of missing items. However, some items are quite expensive compared to other mail-order catalogs.

I haven't browsed your entire website yet. Vegetable seeds and more suggestions for vegetable patches or other flower beds would be welcome.

Since packages are not always handled with care, I believe that labels identifying the pots should be securely fixed (e.g. with staples).

Products not easy to find in garden centres, however, the gift should be adapted according to the region where one lives. For example, the clematis is not suitable for my region...
