Good information regarding order tracking. The delivery time was respected. The bulbs were carefully packaged and arrived in good condition.
Your catalogue is very beautiful, with photos in real garden settings, nothing like those 70's style catalogues that still exist. But my thing is native plants and wild gardens. You have some, but not enough for my taste. I am a professional and producer of such plants, I am overwhelmed and I can assure you that there is a demand. (my website, Le Jardin du Naturaliste.com). I can't wait to have some competition!
Most of the ordered plants are of satisfactory quality, and the few exceptions have been replaced upon return. Customer service is easy to reach and competent. However, it is impossible to directly contact the GLS carrier in case of absence during delivery (the telephone number is very expensive - £1.35 + £0.34/min - and after a few minutes, you'll hear 'please try your call again later'). Perhaps shipping via the postal service would be better.
The order tracking is perfect.
Just a small issue with the online catalogue, when you want to go back to the previous page, it takes you back to page number 1.
Delay the order when the ground is still too frozen.

you don't really take into account the client's choice that responds to your proposal: best planting period. On the other hand, replacing an 'exhausted' plant is advantageous for the client. The plants received are in perfect condition and well packaged. I will place further orders on your website.

I am very satisfied with my first order, despite the delivery difficulties due to the bad weather at the beginning of the month.

I don't have much to say because your service is perfect and of high quality. But there would be just one small thing, possibly just for practicality's sake. When I plant my flowers, I can't remember what the name of the plant I just bought corresponds to. So I take the catalogue with me to the garden and I think that if there was a small label on the pot telling me what it will look like, it would be better. But it's just a minor detail because I am very satisfied with you. Best regards. See you soon.
We only deliver seed and bulb products to your country. If you add other products to your basket, they cannot be shipped.
