We apologize. If you have any concerns about the condition upon delivery, please call us at 03 61 76 08 10 for a replacement. But normally you shouldn't have any issues: the package was packed on the 6th and received on the 9th; the plants can withstand 3 days of transportation without any problem.
The quality of the delivery suits me the plants were in excellent condition.

The website is quite user-friendly, no issues with ordering. I think the selection of plants is interesting, but it could be expanded a bit further. For example, there are other varieties of benoîtes that deserve to be featured on your website.

Hello, It must be the 'oriental new yellow' variety, right? We apologize for the issue (some hellebores have suffered from the hot/cold weather of winter). If we let it go, it should normally recover. Please keep us informed of its successful recovery for replacement or refund, if necessary.

Apologies for the inconvenience. It happens that some plants may not be available (depending on climatic conditions....plants are living beings). We try to contact the customers by phone in such cases, but during peak season, we don't always manage to do so....It's not a matter of indifference, but rather of being overwhelmed....
We only deliver seed and bulb products to your country. If you add other products to your basket, they cannot be shipped.
