Our range of Marsh Hibiscus. Hibiscus moscheutos 'Red', the Marsh Hibiscus, is famous for its large spectacular flowers, reaching 20 cm in diameter. This hardy perennial plant from the mallow family enhances all the wet areas of the garden, from a simple pond to the terrace. With varieties like 'Midnight Marvel' which combines dark purple foliage with scarlet red flowers, 'Southern Belle', with large bright pink flowers, and 'Cherry Cheesecake' offering white petals contrasting with a dark pink center, any setting takes on a theatrical dimension. Discover all our varieties of Marsh Hibiscus on these pages.

The Marsh Hibiscus thrives in moist, even marshy soils, and requires a sunny exposure to fully bloom its majestic flowers. Adapted to wet banks and water features, hibiscus moscheutos start growing quite late in spring. They bring an exotic touch to the garden. Although very hardy (down to -15°C), these plants do require winter protection in colder climates than that of the Paris region.
