The plants were delivered in good condition and quickly.

All my trees have died, despite good care. I had to buy new ones from Gamm Vert and they are thriving. I was refunded with a voucher and had to pay for delivery again...

The only peach tree arrived in good condition, for the rosemary several branches were broken and the plant almost died. A complaint was filed and Promesse de fleurs provided good follow-up with a commercial gesture that I appreciated.

The delivery was good without any issues; however, I purchased a TRICOLOUR BUTTERFLY BUSH which has grown beautifully, but I have a mega-dominant colour, namely white, and only one violet flower, a bit lilac, but no third colour. I am surprised to have white everywhere with only one tiny violet flower and no apparent third colour, so it's not a tricolour BUTTERFLY BUSH as advertised.

Overall, the plants are correct in terms of size. No complaints about the packaging; the plants are very well secured.

The delivery was not very quick and the plant arrived in a rather sorry state. I don't think I will repeat this kind of experience.

The plants arrived in superb condition, just like the plum tree, but in less than a week they started to deteriorate. The plum tree began to dry up and lose all its leaves, and the hydrangea started to wilt from the top.

Hello, A few minor issues after planting: some future branches fell off. But, on the top of the trunk, others have started growing again. It looks magnificent for now. We'll have to see after the winter...

I bought a SUNNY SKY large-flowered rose for my terrace, my first experience. It arrived on time and in good condition. Once planted, it didn't stop growing every day and now it looks splendid, full of big yellow flowers.

I had an item that didn't arrive, but I got a refund for it. The Prunus wasn't accepted for return, but I didn't ask for a refund because I had received so many in my recent orders. The blueberry bush was okay.

What a shame that the plants' packaging is not well handled. The lemon tree fell to the bottom of the box, a branch was broken, and the top leaves were shredded. But apart from that, the plant was of good quality.

I received the plant so tightly packed that it broke all the branches of my plant and its tag as well. I do not recommend ordering from this site.

Overall, it was okay even though the agapanthus were a bit small and weak, but generally it's acceptable.
