The package got lost, so I had to reorder, and the mimosa I ordered was barely 1 metre tall, whereas in the picture, it's almost 1.40 metres tall.

Beautiful chestnut tree plant and great customer service. I rarely leave reviews but this time I have to share a bit. The medium-sized plant arrived in poor condition (injured twice at the base of the stem at the root level). After sending photos and a message, the customer service promptly responded offering several compensation options (a credit, a transfer, or the sending of a new plant). A reputable company, I will gladly purchase from them again.

Last year (2023), we ordered 7 Italian poplars in September, giving as much notice as possible before the scheduled mid-November delivery date. Of course, they took our money in FULL (no deposit), several hundred euros, and then we were informed that only 2 trees were available 2 days before the delivery date. Terrible service! This year, in 2024, we thought to give them another try and ordered only 2 trees, once again in advance and full payment was made. Same thing again - 1 day after the delivery date, we are told that NO TREES AVAILABLE!! Clearly, there is NO stock available for these trees and the company takes your money, puts it in the bank, and profits from the interest. If that's not true, then they are simply guilty of total negligence and lack of due diligence, no interaction with their suppliers and customers or their suppliers don't actually exist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The lemon tree I received in early April had an exceptional flowering and production. I hope it will be the same next year.

Collection from the nursery was easy and quick. The bare root rose was well packaged (roots wrapped in plastic film to preserve moisture).

I was informed of the arrival of my delivery accurately and it was delivered as expected. I had several plants and one out of the 14 was a bit shaken up by the transport but I am satisfied with the packaging, the handling, and my plants were carefully packed in the box. They were watered and well cared for. I recommend.
