After a first order that didn't arrive due to disrupted transportation in flood-affected areas, I called the company to inquire about the next steps. Immediately, the hostess informed me that a new parcel with my order would be sent out shortly. Indeed, I received the order which was well packed in a box.

Their plants are of uneven quality. Some are very beautiful, others arrive dead. Their packaging is the same, sometimes okay but nothing special, other times they have destroyed the plants inside, broken trees in half, etc. However, their refund policy is good and works well, so it is possible to take the risk of ordering from them. One negative point is that some parcels have to be collected from parcel centres instead of being sent to our home, which is bad for the plants as not everyone can go to a collection centre immediately.

The order has arrived safely, the bulbs are in "good condition". But let's wait for spring to know more!

I recommend this website, the young plants are very good quality and unfortunately I received three defective young plants which were replaced without any discussion. Perfect. I have other young plants to order in the spring and I will not hesitate to use this website again.

I bought several plants for the vegetable garden and orchard from Promesse de Fleurs 6 months ago, on April 29, 2024. The prices are attractive and the selection is wide, so I decided to give it a try. The outcome has exceeded my expectations as all these plants are thriving, including the marigolds purchased as plug plants at a bargain price, still in bloom on October 29th. Order received promptly, each packet of bulbs perfectly identified; allowing me to arrange them in layers as soon as planted. Now, it's a waiting game... But I am confident as I have never been disappointed with Promise of Flowers.

Improvement in packaging, but the boxes get jostled during transport, and the plants are often uprooted, with tags scattered in the boxes.
