Trustpilot customer reviews

As usual, PROMESSE DE FLEURS respects the customer, listens, and above all responds quickly; this site is one of the best for the sale of plants, both in terms of product quality and packaging. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for plants.

Perfect, plants well wrapped and in good condition upon arrival.

The day that Promesse de Fleurs pays attention to proper packaging and a parcel delivered by a reliable company, I will come back as a customer.

Plants very healthy with a guarantee of good establishment.

This little pine tree arrived late (due to Colissimo postal service), with drooping and dull needles, but after potting and watering, it straightened up nicely and regained a lovely colour. We are very pleased.

2nd order placed, tracking shows the parcel still with you. Once, I understand, but the second time same observation, there is an issue in order preparation or in the parcel departure check. I am still waiting for a solution especially as you now inform me that some species are no longer available. Very disappointed and particularly not accustomed to these issues from your side.

Order of 20 Agapanthus plants. Arrived within the stated timeframe, very efficient packaging, the plants are in perfect condition and much more beautiful than I expected.

Despite making a complaint to customer service (twice), no response ☹️. Out of the 6 hollyhocks received, 3 were stunted and dying! (they have withered). Poorly packed. I absolutely do not recommend this site which shows no respect towards its customers! They may have forgotten that it is thanks to the customers that they exist...no...

The three plants ordered in April 24 arrived damaged in the packaging, taken out of their buckets, with still fragile branches broken (one replaced by Promesse de Fleurs following my sent photo). So, I put them in the nursery and pampered them before planting them late. They all took, but only after being cut short (I had bought them in 3/4l pots for quick presence), in short: I lost a season and cannot comment on their development for now (September 24).

Products conform to description. Bulbs in good condition. Well-packaged but slightly long shipping time.

Perfect, extremely fast and well packaged, a few leaves fallen but nothing serious, I recommend.

We are well served and the goods are fresh and well advised, thank you.

Plants packed with care, all beautiful and arrived on time. I find your website truly wonderful :))

Beautiful climbing rose delivered quickly in very good condition: kudos for the packaging. Planted right away, we are looking forward to enjoying its flowering in spring. I highly recommend it.

I have been trusting Promessedefleurs for several months now. I am very pleased with the vast selection of plants offered! And I am so glad that they also deliver to Switzerland. The plants are well prepared for the journey and of good quality! Moreover, the website contains very detailed planting and maintenance information! A true encyclopedia to refer to at all times!!! Thank you for your immense work!

I ordered a maple tree at a high price with a stated height of 155cm, and I ended up with a 110cm maple tree. Result: I obviously requested an exchange or a refund, and not only am I told that they don't have a maple tree at the advertised height (even though it's clearly stated on the website with a photo of the measured maple tree as proof), but I'm also asked to pay return fees even though it's their mistake. In short, clearly a scam where they sell small plants at exorbitant prices, avoid at all costs...

Plants in perfect condition (for a promotional operation)! Clever, efficient, and easy-to-recycle packaging. As always, quality and service are top-notch. Thank you!

Plants received in perfect condition! Very well packaged. My compliments.

Always well packaged, the plants are of good quality.
