The bare root rose plants were frail and thin with only three small branches. The "branches" of the grafted variety were horizontal and formed a right angle with the rootstock. It was difficult to bury the roots without burying the rootstock. We are very far from the photo presented on the website (which is beautiful, by the way). The packaging was minimal with no care taken to prevent the roses from hurting each other. All crammed under a thick layer of cardboard. Like mere objects. Very disappointed. I have ordered elsewhere with better luck.

After an issue during the validation of my order (billing for shipping costs when they were advertised as free), Promesse de Fleurs quickly corrected it and proceeded with the refund. The order arrived very quickly and the plants are very good. I recommend them.

I ordered several plants that did not arrive in their best shape, I hope they will recover. In my order, there were 2 sets with 2 Daubenton cabbages missing. I was supposed to be refunded but after several reminders and contact with Promesse de fleurs, I still haven't been refunded.

Plants received in very good condition. There was a delivery error regarding my order (error on the variety) and Promesse de fleurs sent me the correct variety (without me having to return the other one) quickly and free of charge. Always very satisfied!

The lilac plants were beautiful but the packaging was really careless. The first time, we returned the parcels (soil spilled everywhere in the box and a plant broken); then we were obviously sent back the same plants including the one that was broken (!) barely better packed, so another return and the feeling of being taken for fools. On the third delivery, the plants had been changed and were slightly better packed (soil held in the pots with plastic and pots wedged to prevent them from rattling around with instructions to keep the parcels horizontal marked on the box). There is clearly a concern to save on packaging, but in the end it is certainly not cost-effective (multiple shipments and dissatisfied customer).

First order on Promesse de fleurs. The iris rhizomes were really very small. I hope they will take, I will see that in the good season...

Originally, I placed an order with you because I needed a vine plant and I received everything but that, hence my dissatisfaction. Of course, I called and you issued a refund, but no one had informed me of this missing item, whereas when I placed my order, the item was supposedly in stock. Not professional.

The ordering and payment went smoothly. However, I did not see the bouquet I had ordered, neither at the church (where I had clearly specified the location along with the ceremony time), nor in the hearse. An "insurance" was offered on the website, but I had chosen not to take it, believing that it is not up to the customer to pay extra for the service to be done correctly.

Good product and good recovery, immediate refund available problem and return of the plant. Lots of choice on plants that can't be found elsewhere. Thank you The Customer Team since 2021.
