Hello, Some plants were not identifiable by a label. 4 plants out of 13 were in poor condition... one of them died today. The packaging was efficient and well done. The delivery was as expected.

The delivery was on time, the plants are beautiful but the description accompanying one of the plants on the pot does not match the one on the website. After contacting them, I was told that the one on the website takes precedence over the one from the supplier. I hope so.

Package very damaged and held for a week by Royal Mail.

The order arrived incomplete and I didn't receive any refund. The plants that were still delivered were in bad condition, I doubt they can take root.

Very disappointing experience: plants received after an 8-day journey despite ordering and paying for express delivery. Soil spilled in the box for several, broken stems, plants in degraded mini plugs; only half of the plants were in a satisfactory condition when the purpose of the order was to revive my planters.

I am very loyal to Promesse de fleurs, the flowers are in good condition, very well packaged, and if there are any issues, there is always a solution to resolve them. On the website, I was able to create my garden and follow the advice, there are very helpful tutorials for pruning, planting, and maintaining.

Fast delivery, items very well protected. Plants in line with my expectations, what more can I say, everything is perfect.

Following my last message, the bulbs still haven't sprouted, and I also have an issue with the sprouting on order 101700366 for Cobaea, Echinacea, and Shasta Daisy. I am satisfied with the various acquisitions I have made from you (trees and bushes), but I have doubts about the seed viability of the bulbs and seeds. The sowing was done in a greenhouse in seed trays with universal potting soil, then transplanted into pots and planted in the ground. The Cobaea are taking shape but have not yet bloomed, the Echinacea and Shasta Daisy have very few sprouts and are not ready for planting in the ground at this time.

Despite the difficulties caused by Promesse de Fleurs' relocation, they honoured my order with respect for the plants sent and provided good advice when a plant was not in good shape, offering to replace it with another specimen of a different variety after seeking my approval. I appreciate this gesture instead of sending poor quality plants or forcing unwanted plant varieties on me. I will continue with this reliable website and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Plants as per order, arrived quickly and in good condition. All have taken well. To date, only the hosta did not withstand the excess moisture in the location where I had placed it, the stump eventually rotted.

The price is too high for a single fruit tree sapling without any crown formation. When ordering a pear tree, I was hoping to receive a small tree that was at least pre-trained.

Delivery times respected to ship me an order packed with obvious care. My young plants were in impeccable condition. All the information available on the website allowed me to choose discerningly and to plant with all the guarantees of success.
