It is satisfactory for the moment, but we have to wait to know the quality of the product on the plants. Another reason is that not all the containers come with 20 litres, we can improve the quality of my soil.

I have been disappointed twice with very ugly plants, some of which could not be revived. However, after providing evidence, I was refunded. I have raised a reservation about others. We will see in a few months whether they recover and if I will be refunded in case of failure. It is also annoying to have to use a form rather than an email address to send photos. However, when I was able to reach them by phone, the person was attentive and polite. They took my complaint and explained the procedure to me well. Finally, I really regret the lack of care in sending out nicer plants because Promesse de Fleurs has a lot of choices. I recommend them because I have always been reimbursed. At least they are decent and honest.

The plants I ordered arrived in poor health and the quality does not justify the price. Additionally, I received only 4 small eucalyptus seeds whereas the invoice stated around 15 seeds. Very disappointed.

I never received the plants. And unfortunately, this is not the first time.

So far very positive experiences, quality plants, arrived in good condition and successful cultivation. I have ordered several times and will order again.

I received crushed plants with the roots exposed and dried leaves in the package, despite my remark everything was fine. According to Promesse de Fleurs, these are resistant plants and they will recover. I paid excessively for a shoddy delivery and plants in a pitiful state. I will not recommend.

The customer service is deplorable, the quality of the plants is no longer there. Bad faith prevails; received a naked hydrangea "vanille fraise" which is white and no shade of pink. But they refuse to admit their mistake.

Upon delivery, one of the 2 Pawlonia trees was broken. Also, it's worth noting the very small size of the plants. Upon planting, the only one that survived is the one that was broken!

Purchase of 3 canna bulbs. Only one has shot, and even after 2 months it's only 10 cm tall.

The delivery was good without any issues; however, I purchased a TRICOLOUR BUTTERFLY BUSH which has grown beautifully, but I have a mega-dominance of the white color and only one violet flower, a bit lilac, but no third color. I am surprised to have white everywhere with only one tiny violet flower and no apparent third color, so it's not a tricolour BUTTERFLY BUSH as advertised.

Huge choice, fast delivery and very well packed with the option of eco-friendly packaging. Very reasonable prices, perfect plants... As for the customer service able to answer questions about the plants, perfect... unlike other plant selling sites, the person who answers really knows their stuff and gives very good advice (even for plants not purchased on promesse de fleurs). What more could you ask for? I have recommended this site to my friends and I recommend it to all gardening enthusiasts.

Good quality plants that have started well.

I am still delighted with the quality of the products I ordered from you, my latest addition being the pale pink Bougainvillea spectabilis. I am absolutely charmed.

Perfect, as usual for years!

The flowers arrived dried up and in very bad condition. Where has the quality control gone with this merchant? I give 2 stars just for the customer service which, after agreeing (based on photos) that the plants were in a dreadful state, refunded my order. A bad experience that I don't have with other online plant sellers. NO, I do not recommend.

I am once again very satisfied with the delivery in Germany. We can only recommend Promesse de fleurs!
