The plants are of very good quality. The customer service is really attentive. 12 or 24-month guarantee for replacement. Replacement or credit if there are exceptional delivery or replacement issues. Huge selection. The software indicates the plants suitable for my garden and the sorting criteria are also very numerous.

I am loyal to Promesse de fleurs because I have never been disappointed. Products well packaged, good quality. And a nice selection offered. One regret, the disappearance of their lovely paper catalogue.

The carrier did not respect the expected deadlines: the aubrietas and catmints are in very bad shape. Two eucalyptus trees, one is beautiful and starting well, but the other is struggling because the main branch was broken BEFORE transport. I am disappointed because my previous experiences were good.

I have placed several orders on this website. The selection is amazing, the advice is very good, and the products are packaged with a lot of care. Once I reported that a plant arrived in bad condition. In the following days, I received a replacement plant with an apology message. Honestly, I love it and now only go through them.

I renewed after a very satisfying first order. The second one was very disappointing as the young plants arrived very damaged in transit. The packaging was not good enough to protect the branches. It's a shame that I had bought large plants, yet I had to cut all the branches.

Hello, very disappointed with the raspberry bushes. Only one survived, two didn't even have roots when I planted them in the ground.

This is the second year I've ordered from this site, I wasn't disappointed with the growth of my trees from last year, and I have no doubt about the future growth of the ones I've just planted!

Positive: Great selection of plants. Negative: Catastrophic transport conditions; promessedefleurs uses the worst carriers, plants arrive in a disastrous state half of the time. Considering the price of the plants on this site, this is unacceptable.

There is nothing to reproach your company for, the plants have always been perfect, but your carrier ruins everything, he does not bother to come and deliver and forces to travel kilometers to collect the plants, chronopost.

I ordered 5 fruit trees in mid-October 2024. Promesse de Fleurs informed me early on that the apple tree "was no longer of sufficient quality and might not take root" and cancelled (and promptly refunded) that part of the order. The other 4 trees arrived very quickly, in good condition, on a pallet, well packaged. They seem to be enjoying the garden, so we'll wait for spring to see!

Very disappointed. The lower half of the plant (a young abelia) is completely scorched.
